I related this to my Assembly boss today. He is my permanent, long-term boss that I have after I complete all of these 'on-assignment' visits.
This saying was the best way to describe my sentiment towards working on-assignment in the Weld department right now.
I'm slated to exit Weld and return to Assembly on October 1st - YAY!
But seriously, if you're halfway through hell, it's the same distance whether you're a quitter and go back out at the beginning, or stick it out and come out at the end with the respect.
