I've finally got some newsworthy things to put down on this here blog. Joe came to visit me for the 4th of July weekend after finishing summer school class #1 of #3 (congrats!!), and we had a blast tearing up the south and touring a few areas here, as well as planning two more big trips when he comes back down here at the end of the summer.
We used his time here with me to complete the following items off of my wish list:
1) Drive Joe around town to show him the huge houses that I've found and have managed to get into :)
2) Watch 4th of July fireworks
3) Find Brett Favre's house in Hattiesburg, MS, on our way down to item #4 on our list....
4) Spend the 4th of July on the beach by attending CPR Fest (rock concert) in Biloxi, MS for a 4th of July weekend celebration
5) Obtain a Hard Rock cafe t-shirt for Ashley from the Biloxi Hard Rock site
6) Meet up with a few of my Nissan coworkers so Joe can meet everyone
I have quite a few pictures to help me tell my stories in my subsequent posts....
