Today we hit an all-time low of boredness when our instructor starting lecturing on "Chapter 10: Differences in the Mean and Hypothesis Testing." It is just like the content we covered in the previous chapter.
Alas, my buddy Zach hit a new level of creativity, by crafting this for me in my notebook today while the rest of us fought off falling asleep in class. I figured to share it with you all, because he is such a charmer, and the things he has listed here are so true.
Please note the pun and exaggeration on the price differences...think...could a PILLOW really be more expensive than the clothes you'd put on? Ha ha, he does point out the priorities of college students and where they'd spend their money:
-Gas bill to drive to class...................$251.87/month
-Statistics course textbook................$89.87
-Tuition for class...............................$245.90
-New clothes for 1st day of class........$5.00
-Pillow...............................................$25.00
-Cell phone bill from text-messaging in class............$85.00.....$10.00 w/texting plan
-Getting to goof off in class and still keep an 'A', sit by your friends, ignore instructor and try not to sleep all the time.......
PRICELESS
For everything else, there's
PANTHERCARD
Don't leave CAMPUS without it!!

Oh, and ironically enough, we actually do have 'Panther cards.' It's a credit account built into our Student ID cards. There's a magnetic strip on the backside of the card for you to swipe at registers and deduct money from your 'Gold Account,' and when you run out of money, you go to a pay station with a check written out to UWM, or just cold hard cash, to add more money onto the account.
Zach's notebook message even included a picture of a VISA-knockoff PantherCard, it is cute.
What a punk!
