I definitely want to check it out more, but so far, I am okay with it. I still like my 1998 generation the best -- it will always carry the shocker of being the first time they "brought the Beetle back." I don't care if it's getting knocked now because it turned out to be a 'chick car' -- I love everything about it and all of its symmetry, despite me playing right into the hands of the whole 'chick car' thing. Plus, it brought Volkswagen back to life in the U.S. just like they needed in the late 90s.
Keep on chugging along, VW. Drivers Wanted!
